PARAGRAPH Tempranillo is a fine non-alcoholic red wine made from 100% Tempranillo grown in high-altitude Spanish vineyards above 700 m. Fully fermented, then gently dealcoholized b y low-temperature vacuum distillation with aroma recovery, it keeps the structure, tannin and character of fine red wine at less than 0.5% ABV, with around 1 g of sugar per 100 mL.
