This twitching quagmire appears to have seeped from the contents of an overturned crate, its lid left askew in the mess... Interrupting the party's final crawl up to the Nightgaunt's Nightcap and marking the second to last encounter of Three Sheets to the Wind - Sucker Punched! - the tendrilpatch is a blossoming mire of tentacles and foul ooze impeding the path of any blighted town or village.
