Tenebrae is a framed original acrylic painting by Nick Purser. I count Tenebrae as one of my most successful paintings because unlike the struggle involved in producing most of the m, Tenebrae just worked on the first layer. I managed to stop myself over-working it. The small patches of red pop and the gold floating frame sets it off beautifully. Overall framed dimensions: 103 x 103cms, 3.2cms in depth. The frame is an elegant antique gold 'floating' frame with a 5mm space between the canvas and frame edge. Canvas dimensions: 100cms x 100cms, 1.8cms in depth. Stretched 380g canvas.
