Alex Guarachi's Rhone-style white blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, and Chardonnay blooms with expressiveness. With an ABV of 14.7% it aged for five months in 80% neutr al oak and 20% stainless steel. Aromas of honeysuckle, lemongrass, and sea spray lead to flavors of tart tangerine and oregano-seasoned apricot. The acidity, edgy and mineral-driven is where the "tenshen" lies. Show more
