Roasting for 3 days before shredding the agave to extract the juices for fermentation. They use the leftover agave fibers for organic compost for the agave fields. After the open tank fermenting process, Teremmana is then distilled using handmade copper pot stills. These stills were made by local artisans on the premises of the distillery.
