COS's Frappato is produced from a grape of the same name, and is Sicily's answer to France's Cru Beaujolais. It is a pure, joyous, earthy and floral red that can be served slighlty chilled with pastas or seafood. Azienda Agricola COS is undisputedly amongst the very best wineries in all of Sicily. Helmed by Giusto Occhipinti (Uncle and early teacher to Sicilian cult producer Arianna Occhipinti), COS was an early practitioner of organic and biodynamic viticulture on the island, and gained fame for showing Sicily's terroir and true potential for wine.
