Low-budget sci-fi horror. When her dad (Craig Nigh) goes missing on one of his birdwatching trips, Maddy Stern (Jessica Lee Keller) gets together with some of her college buddies a nd decides to go searching for him. As they trace his steps around his remote Texas cabin, the group stumble upon a research facility breeding the prehistoric phorusrhacidae species known as terror birds.
