About Kaika At Kaika, we create beautiful handmade accessories using resin. This material is sensitive to sunlight and heat, and it may gradually change colour over time, even with normal use. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this natural discolouration process before purchasing. To ensure your treasured pieces stay pretty for as long as possible, we carefully select high-quality resin that resists yellowing, alongside premium metal hardware designed to retain its shine and colour. As every single piece is crafted by hand, each carries its own unique heartbeat. You may notice delightful little differences, such as slight colour variations, tiny air bubbles, or subtly unique placements. We love to think of these not as imperfections, but as the charming signature of a truly one-of-a-kind, handmade creation made just for you. Ring Size We offer two types of rings: fixed-size and adjustable designs. To help you find the perfect fit, we specify the ring type clearly in each product description. For our fixed-size rings, we always provide the inner diameter measurement as a helpful guide. A wonderful way to find your size is to measure a ring you already wear comfortably, and match its inner diameter to our measurements. If you are eyeing one of our chunky ring designs, we suggest measuring a chunky ring you own or adding about 1mm to your measurement (if you have a thin ring) for a more comfortable fit. As a little token of our care, we include a complimentary ring measurement card with every Kaika order! Shipping Information To ensure every package is prepared mindfully, we dispatch orders from Friday through Monday. Please note that the estimated shipping times shown at checkout do not include weekends and public holidays. SingPost Registered Mail: Delivered to your mailbox. SpeedPost Economy: Delivered to your doorstep. J&T Next Day Delivery: Delivered to your doorstep. Please note that J&T’s cut-off times for next-day delivery are 2:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 AM on Saturdays. Because our items are made with love and care in small batches (most items are one-piece only), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (such as "it looks a little different from the photo") or choosing the wrong size.
