How to Apply (100% Cotton Terry) Set iron to medium heat and preheat the application area for 15 seconds. Position the patch and cover it with a thin cotton cloth (a t-shirt works well). Press firmly for 30 seconds, keeping the iron in one place. Turn the garment inside out and press the back of the patch for an additional 30 seconds. Let cool for 3–5 minutes before wearing. Hand wash only and hang to dry. For the most durable, long-lasting hold, we recommend reinforcing the patch with a few hand stitches after applying.
