Before any new coffee becomes part of our main lineup, we roast small experimental b atches to dial in sweetness, clarity, and balance — the signature Meramanis profile that defines us. Instead of letting these early batches go to waste, we release them here as a Test Roast: an ever-changing espresso roast crafted for Vollautomaten and Siebträger espresso machines. Each batch may feature a single origin or a blend of our ongoing projects — West Java, Aceh, Flores, or seasonal microlots. Flavours will vary. Its limited, while stock lasts.
