It’s the work that ensures everything on our shelves tastes exactly as it should. Along the way, we produce coffees that are excellent, but don’t quite land in our core lineup. That might be a development roast, a blend trial, or a batch that sits slightly outside our ideal window for a named release. Rather than letting that coffee go to waste, we make it available here. Test Roasts are our way of making sure that great coffee – even when it doesn’t fit neatly into a named release – still finds its way into the cup. The producers behind these coffees are paid the same, the quality is still there, and the roasting is done with the same care. This is simply a different route to enjoying it.
