"A hint of peach on the nose but mostly tight and citrusy. Marked cedar/woody flavour (not oak). Bone dry and textured. A little bit chewy and although it has a gentle expression o f the aromatics of the variety, it is fresher than is often the case with Malagousia and has much more tension, with a salty aftertaste.
