As you work it, the new formula becomes softer, creamier and easier to spread. Continue rubbing until the product is evenly distributed across your hands. 3 — APPLY & CREATE Work the paste evenly through dry or slightly damp hair. For maximum texture and volume, apply to dry hair and use your fingertips to lift, separate and define individual sections.
