When: 10:30am, 6th August 2025 Where: Manna Haven Cafe, 97 Jonson St, Byron Bay, NSW Create your very own textured artwork in this guided 2 hour session. Come along with your ideas (or no ideas) and I will help you bring your vision to life. You will leave with a piece of art you’ll be proud to hang in your home. What will the session look like? I will start by stepping you through the basics of textured art by demonstrating some popular techniques and designs. From there you will have 'free play' to experiment and create your own unique piece. I will be roaming the space looking to answer any of your questions or help you out with your artwork. Don't worry though, I will bring along some examples that you are most welcome to copy if you don't have an idea in mind! What should you bring? Just yourselves and your ticket! I will provide all the materials and tools that you'll need on the day. What should you wear? Textured art can get a little messy, so don't wear your favourite shirt! In saying that, the plaster does wash out of clothes (trust me I know) if you happen to get any on yourself. Who is this class for? This is for anyone who wants to try textured art! I will adjust my teaching and support you at whatever ability level you are. *Please note, while I love seeing the creativity of children flow, this particular class is recommended for those ages 10+. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
