The TFS20-L is a compact single-point LiDAR module featuring an integrated single-channel dToF ranging system with an infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor capable of measuring distances up to 20 meters. It employs a fully integrated SPAD chip, advanced histogram statistical algorithms, and a rapid TDC architecture to deliver precise distance measurements. The module also provides strong sunlight resistance of 15 meters at 100 KLux and includes a reflectivity correction function for enhanced accuracy.
