Consultation & Curation: We'll have a one-on-one video session where we'll discuss your vision needs, style preferences, and any specific requirements you have. Based on this, we'll carefully select options from our boutique collection that align with your eyewear goals. Finalizing Selection: Once we've determined the final frame selection, we can proceed immediately, or ship a try on kit for you to see and experience the selection in person. We'll book another virtual call to go over these once they arrive for a truly guided experience start to finish. Measuring for Prescription Lenses: For Best precision in producing your prescription lenses we'll have you take a series of 3 pictures for us to use when designing your new lenses. just three quick pictures wearing the glasses and you can reply directly to this email with them. Taken with camera head on at eye level and out at arm's length. Try to maintain the lens on the same plane as the face (paralell to your face). Final Completion & Delivery: Once you've found your perfect pair, we'll finalize the details and start producing lenses and adjusting frames as needed, then your new eyewear will beshipped directly to you completed and ready to wear with some pre-fit adjustments for a greater wearing experience out of the box! Please Note:To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we now require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your virtual fitting. This deposit will be applied toward any eyewear or lens purchase made the day of your appointment. Your time—and ours—is valuable.
