🇹🇭 Thai Cooking Tuesday, August 18 | 6:00 PM | $80 per person Back by popular demand! Join Chef Jessica for a hands-on evening exploring the fresh, vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine. Guests will learn classic techniques while preparing a menu that balances sweet, savory, spicy, and aromatic flavors. Menu: Fresh Summer Rolls with Shrimp and Herbs served with Peanut Curry Sauce, Thai Green Curry with Chicken and Vegetables, Basmati Rice, and Thai Tea Crème Brûlée. Guests will have the opportunity to roll their own fresh summer rolls, making this an interactive class that's as fun as it is delicious. 📌 Class Info & Policies – Doors open at 6:00 PM. Please wait patiently if you arrive early—we’re busy prepping for your experience!– BYOB encouraged. Chilled water is provided; we offer glassware and corkscrews for your convenience.– Parking: Please do not block the driveway to the left of our house (Airbnb access). Parking is available in our circle drive, on the street, in front of the brick area, or at the preschool lot next door.– Reservations are non-refundable. An email confirmation will be sent at the time of booking—check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Class seating will be based on when your reservation is received. Menu subject to change based on market availability of ingredients. All classes have a minimum and maximum participation number. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met. Please notify us prior to booking of any food allergies or dietary restrictions that may need consideration. From November to March, our calendar is primarily reserved for private events and seasonal personal chef services with Chef Jessica. Classes are typically demonstration-style, unless otherwise noted. We do our best to publish menus in advance; however, ingredients may vary depending on seasonal and market availability. Looking to book a private class or event?
