Thalia dealbata is a tropical aquatic plant consisting of showy, large, lance-shaped to ovate leaves with a green colour. It flowers with tiny pinkish-purple flowers on tall flower stalks, high above the leaves. It is native to the south and central USA.Offered plant comes from the division of my mother plant, nicely grown strong rootstock; own propagation; sunny to semi-shady location; between 05-11. it can also enjoy the fresh air and rain outside or get its feet wet in the pond; repot (and divide if desired) only in 1-2 years; should stand in water; not overfertilised therefore robust & top healthy (100% organic quality before quantity!), leaf length up to 70-100cm, Hardy to a limited extent in the short term (in my case the plants overwinter outside in a sheltered location down to max. -7C); the leaves die over the winter - but sprout again beautifully in spring; very grateful plant; 100% organic - never sprayed or fertilised; enjoy your new "Thalia Dealbata"!
