Rowdy is a juvenile. He wanted to be more radical in his colors than all the others so he (and his cousin Rascal) got into the paint pots. What a time they were having, until they were caught. Now Rowdy is running for his life and the feathers are flying. Help him out by decorating him in wild colors. His pattern includes two pattern sheets, one for advanced and one for a simplified version.
