Only Available Once a Year The Magic of Winter in Every Drop. Available Only While the Season Lasts. Winter is the most extraordinary season for vanilla — and this blend was made to prove it. This limited-edition collection was crafted to capture the deep, luxurious, and complex richness of the coldest, most indulgent time of year, available through March 20, 2027 or while inventory lasts. When it's gone, it's gone until next winter. We designed this blend to mirror everything we love about this time of year — the warmth of a fire on a cold night, the richness of holiday baking, the quiet luxury of the season at its most indulgent. Four origins, four expressions of winter, one extraordinary extract: French Polynesia / Tahiti / South Pacific — floral, fruity, and hauntingly beautiful. This blend will include a V.tahitensis vanilla bean from this region, depending on what is available at the time of production. Tahitian vanilla is among the most prized in the world, celebrated for its delicate cherry, anise, and stone fruit notes that set it apart from every other vanilla on earth. In this winter blend, it brings an ethereal, aromatic elegance — like the first snowfall of the season, rare and breathtaking. V.planifolia Indonesian — sourced from the remote and stunning archipelago of Indonesia, these exceptional beans deliver a beautifully smooth, creamy, and gently spiced vanilla character with a soft floral sweetness. Rare and quietly extraordinary, they add a refined warmth that weaves seamlessly through the deeper, bolder notes of the blend. Madagascar or Peruvian Pompona — bold, exotic, and unlike anything else in the vanilla world. Pompona beans are prized for their thick, fleshy pods and intensely rich, fig-like sweetness with deep, wine-dark complexity. They anchor this winter blend with a powerful, indulgent foundation — the kind of depth that belongs in front of a fireplace on the longest nights of the year. V. Cribbiana — Guatemala or Mexico — rare, wild, and fascinatingly unique. V. Cribbiana is a wild species vanilla that delivers a distinctively floral, fruity, and subtly spiced character unlike any cultivated vanilla. Availability determines whether this comes from Guatemala or Mexico — both origins bring the same captivating, exotic complexity that makes this winter blend truly one of a kind. Blended for bourbon, whiskey, dark rum, cognac, or brandy, this extract is as rich, warming, and deeply complex as the season itself — perfect for holiday baking, winter desserts, and anything that deserves the full, luxurious depth of the coldest and most magical time of year. Age it up to 18 months to 2 years in bourbon, whiskey, dark rum, cognac, or brandy for a deeply complex, richly layered extract that mirrors the full indulgence of winter. Use 1 oz of beans for every 8 oz of spirit and let the season do what it does best — turn patience and darkness into something extraordinary. A Seasonal Blend. A Fleeting Moment. Winter is the season of depth — of long nights, warm kitchens, and the quiet luxury of slowing down and savoring everything. This blend was made to honor that feeling. Four origins from four corners of the vanilla world, united by one shared quality: the rare, indulgent complexity that only winter can inspire. Whether you're crafting a show-stopping holiday dessert, infusing a bourbon-based extract for gifting, or simply treating yourself to something extraordinary during the most magical season of the year — this blend was made for that moment. Four origins. One season. Don't miss it. Available December 21, 2026 through March 20, 2027 or while supplies last.
