Our second ‘wild yeast’ fermented release (after ‘The Wild Muck’ – Gold medal & best in class at the 2022 Australian Rum Awards) and a very good example of what’s to come in 2023 and beyond! Double copper pot distilled, cut at 59% ABV from hearts to tails, and aged for 2 years & 9 months in re-coopered American oak bourbon barrels emptied of port. 100% unadulterated. Bottled at 53% ABV without the addition of sugar, colouring, flavours or chemicals.
