Letters for the charm will be picked out of white, pink, purple, brown, blue and yellow, some of which may be pastel. Should you want specific colours, please contact us prior to placing an order via the 'contact us' page so we can inform you whether this would be possible or not. Ensure your customisation is correct as we cannot amend or cancel orders once they've been processed. If your customisation is two words of more than 4 letters each, we will put one word per cord. As every charm is handmade, there may be differences in length between charms as well as the two cords on the same charm.
