A special collaboration between Cork & Lever and Margaret Issac Art, as an exclusive gin only served at Cork & Lever. This bold, contemporary style gin is created upon the canvas o f the traditional gin botanicals of juniper, coriander seed and orris root. The gin is vapour infused with ruby red grapefruit peel, sencha green tea and cinnamon myrtle during distillation, before a light infusion with hibiscus before bottling.
