Settle into the warmth of our traditional wood-fired sauna and cool off in one of two invigorating cold plunges and outdoor shower. Tucked beneath two old oak trees, our barrel sau na overlooks wide fields and a glowing sunset sky. Simple, peaceful, and the perfect place to slow down. Our 1 hour community sessions welcome up to eight people at £15 per person, an easy, grounding way to slow down and reconnect.
