The Breach is a competitive game in which players connect to the Achab Corporation’s Gene.sys. Database to steal the secret information hidden within. Players take on the role of B reachers, digital rebels acting out of self-interest or under the banner of a particular faction. Within the Database they are represented by Avatars, digital projections created with a single purpose: to penetrate the Firewall’s defenses and steal the information they’re interested in before others do.
