The Mini Danish is built on an enriched, hi-protein dough layered with smoked Australian pork ham, Swiss cheese, and a tomato relish with just enough sweetness to balance the salt. The Spinach and Feta Slipper is soft and pillowy inside, filled with spinach, feta, ricotta, and a gentle warmth from garlic and cracked black pepper ... yum. Both are made with care and purpose by The Bread & Butter Project's bakery (a Sydney-based social enterprise that trains and employs refugees and people seeking asylum through the craft of baking), then freshly frozen so they arrive at their best.
