ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OILS - The essential oils of Rosemary contain a wide range of compounds which seem to be responsible for its anxiolytic effects. It has also been shown to improve sleep quality and mood. Further studies have also shown that it may improve cognitive function. CHAMOMILE ROMAN ESSENTIAL OILS - Chamomile is a daisy-like plant most commonly used to make tea and has long been associated with calming and reducing anxiety. Low levels of GABA accompany anxiety disorders and it is thought that chamomile may have a positive effect on GABA metabolism hence providing an anxiolytic effect.
