This one packs a 15.25” overall length with a 9.5” cutting edge into a tool that can trim big cuts of beef just as good as it can break down big fish from the sea. Weighing only 10 ounces, it’s going to feel very comfortable no matter the task. Its design affords long, thin slicing with uniformity in mind. The Elmax steel used in the construction of The Carver features all the high end qualities of the latest industry super steels, featuring long lasting edge retention, ease of sharpening and reliable corrosion resistance with reasonable care. Each Carver comes with a molded kydex sleeve for blade protection during storage and safety during travel. The Black and Gray models come with a black kydex and the Seafoam and White models come with a tan kydex. Show more
