WHAT’S INCLUDED The Chief’s Pack includes eight individual flavours: Smokey BBQ Garlic Original Teriyaki Bourbon BBQ Ragin’ Cajun Chilli Lime Chargrilled Chilli BBQ Choose your preferred size and you’ll receive eight individual packs at that size. For example: 50g option = 8 × 50g packs (400g total). THE CHIEF’S JERKY PROCESS Every flavour in The Chief’s Pack starts with premium Australian beef, marinated for up to 48 hours so the seasoning penetrates the meat - not just the surface. We then slow dry the jerky at lower temperatures to remove moisture properly without blasting the fibres. That’s what gives our jerky its firm chew and depth of flavour, instead of the soft, sugary texture you get from mass-produced brands. This is jerky made the old way.
