A Guided Workshop for Clarity and Direction When something in your personal or professional life feels unclear, it can be difficult to know what needs your attention, what may need to change, or where to begin. This one-hour interactive class gives you space to step back and explore your situation more fully. Through a guided series of questions, written exercises, and group dialogue, you'll examine what may be beneath the surface, clarify what matters, and begin to identify your next steps. Throughout the class, I'll guide the conversation, offer observations, and help you explore patterns or connections from a fresh perspective. You are welcome to participate in the discussion or reflect privately at your own pace. No preparation is needed. A journal will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. Coffee, Tea, and water are available at the Wellness Studio. Teen ParticipationParticipants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Tickets (Spots) & Transfers The purchase of Spots is non-refundable. Transfers are permitted upon request. Prior to the session, please contact The Harnessed Core with the name of the individual receiving the ticket. Accommodation The studio has a relaxed, informal seating arrangement, with a place available for every participant. Most seating is on floor mats and cushions, with a limited amount of couch seating available on a first come, first serve basis. You are welcome to bring your own cushion, mat, or portable chair—anything that will help you feel comfortable while writing and participating in the class.
