It offers a clear, structured path to understanding yourself more deeply and moving through life with greater steadiness, awareness, and intention. Sessions are held for 1 hour per week at the same time and day. Participants are given a new, 3-minute daily exercise each week for 6 weeks. At the heart of the program is coherence: the ability to remain connected to yourself as thoughts, emotions, sensations, and circumstances change. Through guided meditation, sensory awareness, reflection, and practical exercises, you will learn to recognize your internal patterns, regulate your responses, and direct your attention with greater clarity. Each week builds upon the last, allowing these skills to develop through direct experience and repetition. As you become more aware of the relationship between attention, sensation, emotion, and identity, you begin to create meaningful change from within. This foundation supports greater emotional stability, personal insight, intuitive development, and a deeper sense of self. These same skills also create a grounded pathway for exploring consciousness. A steady nervous system and stable attention can support deeper meditation, expanded states of awareness, lucid dreaming, intuitive perception, and out-of-body exploration. The program provides valuable preparation for experiential methods used by organizations such as the Monroe Institute while remaining accessible to anyone seeking personal growth. Participants receive guided practices, structured journaling, and simple integration exercises to use between sessions. The goal is not only to experience greater coherence during meditation, but to carry it into everyday life—so you can respond more intentionally, trust your own awareness, and operate with greater steadiness in a changing world. ________________ ALSO AVAILABLE AS PRIVATE / INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION - choose a weekly appointment at a time that fits your schedule (inquire for details) _______________ Program Includes: 6X weekly 60-minute sessions 6X take-home meditation practices exercises (1 per week) Program workbook to keep Structured journaling exercises to support integration Guided meditation sessions throughout the program Unlimited access to drop-in unguided meditation during the program period Optional - 1 dedicated Private Program Integration session Facilitators at the quantum i are trained to guide meditation practices that create the conditions for people to reconnect with their own inner clarity.
