Singing powerfully and poetically about the heart of God, a longing for justice, peace and equality in his world, few songwriters have conveyed so tenderly, or reached out to tug t he heart strings so gently as Andy Flannagan. Andy's ability to write passionate lyrics, delivered through hooky melodies and wrapped in carefully-crafted acoustic arrangements has taken him from the Spring Harvest Big Top to MPs at Westminster, to Young Offenders' institutions, to ski-ers in the Alps to Gordon Brown at the Labour Party Conference. The Collection quite simply captures his recorded work to date. It features his two bestselling albums, SON and Advertising The Invisible, as well as live recordings from Spring Harvest, Summer Madness, plus other studio tracks such as Fragile, the single written in the wake of the Asian Tsunami.
