The photo shows a cross with the verse John 3:16, which was used on the first few batches. The current design features Revelation 21:4. Each cross has the verse on one side and “pu rtc.com” on the other. They measure approximately 1.65 inches tall, 0.95 inches wide, and 1/4 inch thick, with a weight of about 2 grams.
