The Crown is our traditional Menstral and Mama tea. With amazing benefits for the uterus, this tea is great for menstral relilef and pregnant and lactating mamas. This blend is also commonly known as NORA tea and for pregnant and post partum mothers includes strengthening the uterus and assisting with milk production. Due to the fact that this blend keeps women's reproductive organs strong and healthy, it is the perfect remedy to period cramps and menstrual issues. INGREDIENTS Red Raspberry Leaves, Nettle Leaves, Oatstraw, and Alfalfa Leaves Caffeine Free BREW INSTRUCTIONS Add 1 teaspoon of tea to your infuser or tea bag, then place in 8 ounces of boiling hot water. Allow to steep for 5-10 mins. (Optimial Brew Temperature 200° F) .  Our 0.5 ounce will produce 3-6 cups of tea, our 1.0 ounce will produce 6-12 cups of tea. After the first cup of tea, we recommend re-steeping and reusing the tea leaves for a second cup. EXPERIMENT We encourage our tea drinkers to experiment with the tea flavors by brewing at varying temperatures, allowing to steep for different times, and adding your choice of sweeteners (or not) & milks. Keep in mind, teas have optimal brewing temperatures that are intended to maximize the distinct flavors of the teas, without burning or "overcooking" the leaves. Show more
