Take The Deep Dive to explore three pairs of casks in our Distillery Dive format! Each pair was distilled on the same day, aged in the same type of cask yet assigned different flav our profiles. Indulge in the house styles of each distillery whilst discovering the nuanced differences in each cask! Distillery 5 is known for its fruity and more delicate style but you'll be surprised with the punch these casks provide - Cask No. 5.84 A dance on the tongue combines elements of tropical fruits, caramel, toffee and a big hit of barrel spice on the finish whilst Cask No. 5.86 Tutti beauty offers loads of vanilla sweetness, curry spice and citrus notes. Distillery 19 is known for a richer style with greater weight to the malt and these two bottlings deliver - Cask No. 19.56 Walk the talk opens with loads of warm applie pie, dried fruits, tropical fruits and plenty of spice on the textured palate whilst Cask No. 19.57 Maverick boasts more high-toned tropical fruits and vanilla flavours. Look for the common thread of terrific texture and a distinct Cognac note in both drams. Distillery 26 will always be identified by its beeswaxy texture and bold flavours, noticeable in both drams here. Cask No. 26.192 Afternoon baking combines baked orchard fruits and baking spices in this lovely sipper whilst Cask No. 26.194 Bish. Bash. Bosh! accentuates the honeyed and tropical characteristics this malt can possess. You're in for an ocean of flavour when you and your whisky-loving friends take the deep dive!
