The kiridashi is one of the oldest utility forms in existence: a chisel-edged blade built for precision work, detail cuts, and the tasks that larger knives fumble. We didn't reinvent it. We just made it ours. The Dracodashi is available in three forms. The performance version is a mono-steel working tool, sharp and capable. The performance damascus version is a higher end offering of the same tool. The copper Damascus variant has copper that crosses the chisel bevel, making it non-performance by design and unapologetically beautiful by intention. Small blade. Full bloodline.
