About the Illustrator, Wasfa Kamal Wasfa is an illustrator and graphic designer living and working in Karachi, Pakistan. Most of her work revolves around stereotypes that have existed in our society for too long, featuring themes of gender equality and other universal social issues. "I feel happiest when I am drawing and expressing myself through art. A lot of my illustrative work is inspired by the women of Pakistan. I try to depict my observations of social and cultural issues that affect us in my art."
