The Etta by Merchant & Mills is a simple wrap dress with a lined bodice and inseam pockets. Choose between short or three quarter length sleeves or make it sleeveless. The dress ha s an inner tie so you can choose how loose you want your wrap to be, but it is designed to not be fitted at the waist.
