I don’t want women to give up after having one or more babies thinking that their body will never be the same. The truth is that it probably won’t ever be the same, it can be even better. Being healthier means you're able to be more present/patient & engaged with your kids. It means you are taking care of yourself so you’ll be able to take care of your family. You can’t pour from an empty cup! Do not lose yourself in motherhood, when you get healthier, everyone wins! Whether this is your first time becoming a mom or you've done this before, you need to still make yourself a priority. Do not lose yourself in motherhood, you are YOU before you are a wife, mother, sister or friend. Motherhood can not be your one and only identity.
