The Focus Framework was created for clarity. I am an ambitious, multi-passionate woman who needed a goal-setting method whose foundation was based on asking myself how I wanted to feel and helping me identify my values. I finally found fulfillment and alignment by setting goals based on how I want to feel when I achieve them or while I'm going after them. When I identified my values and crafted value statements as guardrails for my goal setting, goals started magically manifesting much more easily.
