For reasons beyond our control, each set of ashes reacts uniquely when mixed with hot glass. As a result, certain sets of ashes may be less visible or show up as a slightly different color compared to our sample images. Shipping is a 3 step process. 1) After placing your order, a collection kit will be mailed to you. 2) You will then return the collection kit complete with your loved one’s ashes to the Grateful Glass studio. 3) Finally, we handcraft your keepsake to order and ship it to you along with any unused ashes. Shipping of the collection kit as well as your finished keepsake are included for FREE with every order. The return shipment of the collection kit is not included with your order. We have found for the most secure return possible, the kit must be brought in person to your local Post Office for processing.
