The Foundations Programme gives you a clear, structured, expert-guided path through all of it, across three months of one-to-one support, with someone who has navigated every part of this journey herself. What is the Foundations Programme? This is a three-month one-to-one programme built around your specific idea, your brand and your goals. It isn't a generic course or a one-size-fits-all framework. Every session, every recommendation and every piece of guidance is tailored entirely to you. We work together across four dedicated Zoom or in-person sessions, plus direct WhatsApp support throughout, to take you from a validated idea to a brand strategy you can act on with total confidence. By the end of the programme you'll have the knowledge, the foundations and the clarity to launch, or relaunch, in the right way. What's included An in-depth discovery session to kick things off. Our first session is where everything begins. We spend dedicated time going deep on your idea, your vision, your market and your goals, so that everything that follows is built on a clear and honest foundation. This is also where we identify your ideal customer in real detail, because everything else, your product, your pricing, your brand, your messaging, flows from that. Three structured monthly follow-up sessions. At the end of months one, two and three we reconnect for a focused session to review your progress, work through any challenges and move you forward. Each session builds on the last, so the programme has a clear momentum and direction from start to finish. If you need more regular check-ins along the way, that flexibility is built in. A personalised sourcing guide. After our initial session I'll put together a sourcing guide tailored specifically to your brand and product needs, not a generic list, but a curated set of contacts and recommendations based on exactly what you're building. Whether you need UK manufacturers, ethical suppliers, packaging with a low minimum order quantity, or guidance on hallmarking and assay offices, your guide will be specific to you. Product range validation and design direction. We look honestly at your product ideas, what works, what doesn't, and how to shape your range so that it makes commercial sense as well as creative sense. This includes guidance on materials, manufacturing methods, and how to design pieces that are both beautiful and viable to produce. Brand strategy and messaging framework. Your brand is far more than a logo. We develop a clear strategic foundation for your brand, your positioning, your voice, the story you're telling, and how to communicate it in a way that connects with the right people emotionally and builds trust before they've spent a penny. Pricing strategy. Getting your pricing right from the start is one of the most important decisions you'll make, and one of the easiest to get wrong. We'll work through your costs, your market positioning and your customer to build a pricing strategy that is commercially sustainable and feels right for the brand you're building. Manufacturing and sourcing guidance. Should your pieces be made in the UK or overseas? What are the implications of each for your brand story, your quality control and your margins? What questions should you be asking manufacturers before you commit? With twenty years in the industry and fifteen years of NPD experience behind me, plus deep manufacturing relationships, I can help you navigate these decisions with confidence. Website and social media direction. Your online presence needs to do real work, attracting the right people and converting their interest into sales. We'll look at how your website and social media should be positioned, what they need to say, and how to build an audience before you even launch. WhatsApp support throughout all three months. Between every session you have direct WhatsApp access to me. If a question comes up, you're about to make a decision you're unsure about, or you just need a second opinion in the moment, I'm there.
