The Freddy is a pen that was hand-turned. The wood was all sustainably sourced from fallen timbers. Accepts Cross pen ink refills, which are widely available. Made of spalted elm. Spalting occurs when a dead (usual fallen) log starts to decompose. The black lines are made by a fungus that follows the tree's vascular system. **The handmade pens are just that. Made by hand.
