Loose leaf doesn’t need to be complicated You don’t need to be a tea expert to make a better cup. Just add the leaves to an infuser, pour over water, let it brew, then remove the leaves when it’s ready. That’s it. Brew for 3–5 minutes with freshly boiled water at 100°C. Drink it black, or add milk if you like a classic breakfast-style tea. Sunny GreenUse 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Brew for 3 minutes with water at 80°C. Don’t use boiling water — green tea leaves are delicate, and water that’s too hot can harm the flavour. SunsetUse 1–2 teaspoons per cup.
