Maxim has been the frontman and MC of The Prodigy since the band's inception in 1990. He turned to visual art in 2004, initially exhibiting anonymously under the name MM, and has s ince built a reputation entirely separate from his music career — solo shows in London and Los Angeles, editions that sell out on release, and a practice that draws on Dali, Bosch, and the visual language of the streets to explore the collision between beauty and violence, optimism and darkness.The Future is Yours is Maxim's most directly empowering image — butterflies and graffiti-inspired lettering set against a distressed copper backdrop, the whole composition functioning as a defiant statement about possibility and transformation.
