The General Electric Voltmeter iHorn is made from a General Electric Company Voltmeter. The visible patent marks date it to approximately 1901. It is an immaculately beautiful tool used as a measuring instrument used to measure the current in a circuit. Electric currents are measured in amperes. By the late 19th century, improved instruments were designed which could be mounted in any position and allowed accurate measurements in electric power systems.
