The Grateful Cottage is located on 10 acres with two ponds. Directly across the road is a 167 acre preserve called Sundance Ranch which has access to breathtaking trails along Deer Creek (famous location for gold mining). \nWe have temporarily deconstructed our paddox and corral, but our door is open to travelers who need a comfortable pit stop. The cottage is two bedrooms (one king and two twins. Full size hide a bed also) and two bath with a complete laundry room. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your favorite meals. There is plenty of parking available and turn around space with easy access to outdoor water hoses. We can not recieve canine family members at this time because there is abundant passive wildlife that call this home. We strive to have minimal impact on this land and resign to natural measures to maintain it. Please feel free to contact the host with any questions you may have. We are located 7 minutes from the very popular swiming spot Bridgeport (well known for the largest covered bridge) on the Yuba River. Also 9 min from the Penn Valley Rodeo. We are backdoor neighbors to Sundance Ranch and Lake Wildwood.
