As the game unfolds, your church will face mounting Troubles such as persecution, internal conflict, and spiritual attacks. Left unresolved, these threats can weaken and ultimately destroy the church. Meanwhile, powerful Event Cards can dramatically reshape the game — for good or ill — while rare Blessing Cards allow players to call upon divine intervention through gifts such as prophecy, exorcism, or resurrection.
