The Guru Logo. An art student friend designed this logo, which was based on a terracotta mask of a harvest god, which we sold in our shop. She was called Karen Shaw back then, but I think she may be married now. Karen lodged with my husband, Ray, and me when Mam and I opened our first little unit in Court Arcade. Karen also designed us a very cool image to use on our paper bags, and because we liked it so much, we kept that same image on our paper bags when we moved to Blackwellgate. Show more
