UPGRADED BRAKES Our upgraded braking system is built exclusively for Fatboy bikes. The custom 4-piston calipers feature metal-sintered pads with cooling fins to manage heat at high speeds, ensuring consistent performance in all conditions. Paired with Fatboy-moulded brake levers and heavy-duty 203mm discs (2.9mm thick), the system delivers powerful, controlled, and durable stopping power on every ride. Set safe speed limits for younger riders or manage shared access—your bike will stay within your chosen limits until the password is entered. All Fatboy Bikes models deliver a maximum continuous output of 250 watts at 20 km/h, or 500 watts at 25 km/h, supporting a maximum load of 180 kg. According to Fatboy Bikes, this complies with EPAC regulations. Throttles are intended for private property use only and must be switched off in public areas.
